Deion Francis otherwise known as Deion K. is the CEO and Founder of Blueprint Pathfinders Inc. (BPI). a fast growing personal and professional development company, located in Toronto, Canada. Deion K is a Certified Master Coach, Author, Program Development Specialist and a Radio Show Host.
She has developed and launched BPI signature seminars and workshops “Gifted for Success” (GFS). This interactive personal development program enables clients to Identify, restore and preserve their natural skill sets to achieve optimum success.
She operates BPI full time and has been referred to as an Image Maker and a Soul Doctor. She demonstrates a unique ability to hear the things not said by her clients, while assisting them in crystallizing the most effective path to achieving their goals.
As an Image Curator and Certified Master Coach her goal is to make coaching an accessible resource tool to start-up companies, corporations/businesses and individuals. Today she embraces a new chapter in her life as an author of the upcoming book CHANGE “The lies we tell ourselves, and the stories we believe”, which will be coming soon to Amazon.
